Learner drivers are responsibility to ensure that they have the valid full or provisional licence to drive on UK roads and are legally entitled to drive in the UK before they book any driving tuition.
SMA Driving School and its instructors will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to you or your property arising from the use of tuition vehicle and to the third party due to learner drivers recklessness or negligence during a lesson.
All payments are required to be made before the commencement of the lesson.
All payments must be made in advance to reserve the use of car for test purposes.
The pupil must give 48 hours’ notice prior to your lesson if they wish to cancel or reschedule any lesson; otherwise they will be liable to pay the full charge of the lesson booked.
The pupil must ensure that they are legaly fit to drive and not under the influence of any medication, drugs or alcohol before the commencing lessons.
SMA Driving School, or its instructors may have to cancel or rearrange the lesson with short notice due arising priority given to pupils with urgent needs, issues with the car or any other reason.
It is pupils responsibility to book lessons for the day and the time convenient to pupil and to attend the lesson for its entire duration.
The lesson time starts once the instructor arrive at your pick up location and finishes as you leave the vehicle.
The efforts will be made to arrive for the lesson on agreed time; it is sometime not possible due to road and traffic conditions. In that case the lesson will still be delivered for the entire length unless not convenient for pupil.
Pupil will be liable for any fines, penalties, endorsements and offences committed whilst driving tuition vehicle.
SMA Driving School''s instrcutor reserve the right to refuse use of tuition vehicle for the practical test if they believe that that the driving skills of any pupil are not up to the test standards or for any other reasons that may compromise the safety of pupils, instructor, examiner, vehicle or public.
